We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.
As the Senior Director of Media Planning on our Growth Team, you will lead the development of multi-channel media strategies for Stand Together’s brands and partner organizations. - Brand and Performance Marketing: Lead media planning efforts that balance brand-building activities with direct-response and performance-driven tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal paid media teams, digital capabilities, data analytics, and research departments to plan and develop media plans. Coordinate with external partners to complement internal resources.
- Media Buying and Vendor Management: Lead negotiations for media buys with external vendors when necessary, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Track and report on media spending alongside Data & Analytics and Growth Teams, working to optimize budgets for maximum impact.
- Analytics and Reporting: Use media performance data to inform ongoing optimization efforts, ensuring that campaigns meet or exceed KPIs. Present post-campaign performance insights to stakeholders.
- Growth Team Contributions: Work closely with other members of the Growth Team to align media planning with broader organizational strategies for growth and engagement.
What You Will Bring
- 7+ years of experience in media planning, with a proven ability to lead both brand-focused and performance-driven marketing.
- Broad experience across multiple media channels (both traditional and digital) and in delivering integrated campaigns with both internal and external teams.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing media buys, including effective vendor collaboration.
- Proficiency in analytics tools for media performance tracking and reporting (such as Google Analytics, Nielsen, Moat, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including paid media, data, and analytics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
