Data Implementation Analyst
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with various teams within AFP to create and execute strategic plans, aimed at assisting state-based staff in efficiently identifying and reaching out to citizens for active involvement in grassroots advocacy, thereby contributing to improved public policy solutions
- Provide feedback to the product development team to create most product value from the CRM
- Assist our clients and strategic partners in applying continuous improvement techniques to work towards realizing their product vision
- Collaborate with Implementation Coordinators in support of the assigned states’ strategic plans including fulfilling their state staff requests and open tickets
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of the various forms of data across different platforms
- Share best practices and innovative ideas with teammates
- Develop and execute trainings for users on how to use the CRM, while developing and sharing strategic best practices
- Occasionally work on weekends to provide service to our partners and colleagues
- Leverage project management best practices tools, and established workflows to oversee, manage, and communicate the status of multiple, concurrent project initiatives
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 1-3 years of relevant experience, with preferably some experience implementing software or projects
- Knowledge and comfortability within various forms of technology
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Positive attitude and an earnest interest in providing good customer service to our members, partners, and all state chapters
- Solid understanding of grassroots, community building, and strategic initiatives
Standout Candidates May Also Bring
- Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile principles/techniques
- Experience with grassroots advocacy operations
- Visualization creation experience within Tableau or Lucid
- Knowledge of i360
