Program Manager, Venues
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Manage and operationalize concurrent projects by establishing workflows, managing workstreams and budgets, and communicating the status of multiple project initiatives.
- Coordinate across internal and external teams, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Facilitate project health analysis and after-action reviews to capture key learnings from relevant activities, share knowledge, and apply to future efforts.
- Develop in-venue activations that align with our strategies and deliver value to venue partners.
- Provide the highest level of customer focus from conception to completion, anticipating challenges, identifying solutions, handling multiple project revisions, and cultivating mutually beneficial relationships.
- Consistently deliver high-quality products that meet project objectives and drive results that are consistent with partnership standards, brand guidelines, and vision.
- Aid in setting deadlines, logistics, and operational plans for multi-dimensional programs and events.
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors.
- Prioritize workload in a fast-paced and creative environment where adaptability is required.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in venue activations and communications to incorporate into Venue Partnership strategy.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 7+ years of marketing project management experience working with diverse teams including creative, strategy, and legal.
- 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships or experiential marketing, ideally in live entertainment, music, or sports.
- Expertise in building relationships with senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Experience in developing and executing activation marketing plans, promotions, presentations and proposals and demonstrated knowledge of general promotional concepts and marketing principles.
- Adaptability in dynamic environments with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of creative agency relations and previous vendor/ agency management experience.
- Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly.
- Working knowledge and experience with project management software (Asana, Airtable, etc.), project management methodologies, and creative development lifecycle.
