Grassroots Engagement Director - LIBRE, Colorado
Job Description
You Will...
- Build and lead a community of volunteers who will engage in multiple voter-contact activities including phone banking, door-to-door canvassing, and online activism
- Work with community leaders to educate the public on critical policy issues and legislation.
- Be the brand ambassador and local face for the LIBRE Initiative in your community.
- Plan, promote, and execute large public facing events.
- Input data and utilize multiple data management systems including i360.

- A deep belief in people-empowering, bottom-up, public policy solutions that limit the coercive nature of government and empower individuals to pursue their American Dream
- Leadership skills! We need someone with strong people skills and humility to embrace our growth-focused culture
- Comfort and confidence working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment independent of direct supervision or direction. We need a go-getter who can figure out how to overcome new and unique challenges!
- The ability to travel at least 25% of the time and a valid driver’s license.
- To be fluent in Spanish and English and also have a deep knowledge base on the issues facing the Latino communities of Colorado.

- Knowledge of the political, economic, and legislative landscape of Colorado.
- A background in grassroots activism, political lobbying, canvassing, or campaign work
- Experience managing and developing engaging social media
