Faith Partnerships Coordinator
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Provide administrative support to the Directors and the Managing Director of the Faith Partnerships team.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of all partnership related data.
- Act as a key internal liaison with relevant stakeholders to efficiently facilitate the partnership development process.
- Comprehensive preparation and collection of information prior to partnership meetings to ensure leaders are prepared with the best knowledge to address partners interests and concerns.
- Assist the Directors of Faith Partnerships in prioritizing and routing non-strategic partnerships to appropriate owners within the Stand Together organization.
- Assist the Project Manager with strategy planning processes and contributes to team reporting.
- Support execution on tactics to cultivate partnerships at external events, convenings, salon dinners, and conferences.
- Contribute to planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and partnerships with diverse faith and non-faith community partners.
- Provide administration and project coordination support to the Managing Director to advance faith donor development efforts.
- Proactively seek and share information about the vision and strategy of evolving projects; ensure appropriate collaborators understand the strategy, structure, and outcomes.
- Travel up to 10% to various partner sites and to Catalyst Community events, such as summits, retreats, etc.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional office environment, with a focus on partnership and/or project coordination.
- Ability to exhibit entrepreneurial behavior and critical thinking.
- Experience contributing to or leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency with the role of faith in the lives of individuals, families, and communities in America.
- Experience using data management systems and/or CRM (such as Salesforce or Airtable) to drive regular business reporting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to quickly adapt to change.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must demonstrate humility and a desire to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well with all levels of staff and with external partners.
- Operates with a high sense of urgency and initiative.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office
