Facility Security Manager
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Supervise daily security operations of our DC facility, operating access control, digital video, alarm, and visitor management systems.
- Develop, implement, and verify compliance with security procedures, standards, and policies.
- Optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of physical security at our DC office.
- Engage and collaborate with customers, visitors, and business partner teams.
- Work with our team and vendors to ensure the operability of our physical security systems and programs.
- Establish and maintain liaison with law enforcement, first responders, and private security representatives.
- Apply Stand Together’s risk mitigation philosophy to people, property, and information.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 5+ years of law enforcement, military, executive protection, or equivalent experience
- Experience leading corporate security programs and driving compliance.
- Experience with access control, digital video, and MS Office programs
- Strong written and oral communication abilities
Standout Candidates May Also Bring
- CPP, CISSP, PSP or PMP Certification
- Experience in physical security countermeasures and technology
- Leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional customer relationship skills
- Vendor management experience
- Hands on experience with Genetec and/or Sign-In Enterprise/Traction Guest
