Stand Together is looking for a dynamic Development Operations Manager to help build a world class revenue operations motion. This pivotal role will drive fundraising effectiveness through data-driven insights, pipeline management and strategic operational improvements. Our ideal candidate will blend analytical brilliance with operational excellence to deliver meaningful growth.
How You Will Contribute
- Strategic Analysis and Reporting: Design and deliver custom and ad hoc reporting to provide visibility on key metrics and guide decision making.
- Data Driven Insights: Define and monitor key metrics to provide actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to streamline fundraising operations, enhance efficiency and drive scalability across the organization.
- Fundraising Performance & Forecasting: Track and analyze fundraising performance; collaborate with fundraising teams and finance for accurate revenue recognition; forecast future fundraising based on pipeline.
- Pipeline Management: Measure and analyze pipeline movement; publish relevant KPIs and analysis identifying growth drivers; develop and execute processes to deliver pipeline accuracy and reportability.
- Portfolio Optimization and Account Assignments: implement analysis and KPIs for existing portfolios; recommend portfolio or account assignments-based analysis.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in relevant revenue or sales operations roles.
- Advanced excel and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Familiarity with fundraising (or sales) methodologies (MEDDIC, BANT, etc.).
- Experienced with Salesforce CRM and other relevant tools.
- Analytics Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data driven mindset.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable with go to market and analytical tooling.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a bias for action.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and meticulous in your work.
- Strong sense of urgency and bias for action – able to drive initiatives forward and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver high impact solutions on accelerated timelines.
