Event Operations Coordinator
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Contribute to the planning and execution of large bi-annual Summits and a portfolio of small to mid-sized events and experiences across the country intended for prospective new members and engage our current partners.
- Coordinate critical aspects of event operations, such as tracking guest RSVPs, documenting processes and standards for utilizing our tracking systems surrounding events, budgeting, and creating transportation plans for our onsite attendees.
- Support staffing plans and assist with the execution of events onsite to help ensure they run smoothly and exceed discerning guest expectations.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 2+ years of experience working in a professional office environment, ideally with some events experience (including internships or extracurricular events experience)
- Ability to exhibit entrepreneurial behavior and customer focus
- A strong ability to streamline processes and identify inefficiencies in systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to quickly adapt to change
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Must demonstrate humility and a desire to continuously improve existing skills and knowledge
- Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office
