Director, Growth Marketing
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Lead our emerging cross-functional Growth Pods
- Implement and manage robust experimentation frameworks, conducting A/B testing to optimize marketing efforts collaborating with our Data and Intelligence teams to connect the dots between Insight, Experiments and Outcomes
- Oversee conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, including funnel analysis, website optimization, and landing page testing
- Oversee SEO strategies, including leveraging best practices as well as innovative approaches to scale written content e.g.AI
- Develop cross-channel customer journeys, applying a data-driven approach to maximize paradigm shifts across core audiences
- Collaborate with internal paid media teams to ensure campaigns, plans and activations achieve optimal outcomes
- Manage and grow teams with diverse capabilities, including CRO and SEO
- Communicate regularly with the broader growth leadership team to relay performance against goals and opportunities to drive innovation
- Monitor, analyze and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
- Support the optimization of campaigns based on best practice to constantly drive improved outcomes with outsized impact on growth
- Drive transformation by ideating on new ways to measure, track, optimize and drive a deeper understanding of the unit economics behind Paradigm Shift
- Lead and professionally develop talent for the long term that is aligned with Stand Together’s vision and Principle Based Management, with an intentional focus on principled entrepreneurialism and team growth opportunities
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 3+ years of supervising experience with a demonstrated background in cultivating and developing talent
- Minimum of 7+ years of digital experience with at least 5+ years in a growth focused role
- Proficient digital marketer who understands the dynamics of a growth and experimental mindset
- Proactive problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and change
- Experience working with dynamic monthly budgets and complex multi-channel media plans and channels
- Proven success planning, implementing, and reporting on full-funnel, objective-based campaigns that deliver value
