Sr. Administrative Assistant (Stand Together Trust)
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Calendar management. Manage calendars with internal and external stakeholders. Develop an understanding of priorities to effectively allocate the principle’s time. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts for your team. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and make appropriate trade-offs based on time and priorities.
- General administrative support. Coordinate all logistics for meetings, catering, and visitors. Coordinate travel and reconcile expenses. Contribute with team projects and operational improvements as needed. Process invoice payments on behalf of the team.
Knowledge And Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 3+ years of professional experience.
- Professional manner and strong interpersonal communication skills, written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with sharp attention to detail and the ability to think ahead, problem solve, engage proactively, and take initiative.
- Have a collaborative approach to work; give and receive feedback respectfully.
- Ability to improvise and creatively problem-solve while maintaining composure.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Concur for expense reporting. · A clear understanding of and excitement for Stand Together's vision
