We’re looking for a visionary Senior Director, Digital Experience & Web (Digital Product)to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital experience platforms. You will drive a best-in-class MarTech ecosystem, creating digital web products and experiences that drive measurable impact and bring Stand Together’s vision to life.
In this highly collaborative role, you’ll partner across marketing teams and with the enterprise information technology team to deliver transformational digital strategies that advance our community’s work. You’ll lead a high-performing team and develop a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and principled entrepreneurship.

What You Will Do
- Lead Stand Together’s digital product and web strategy, delivering omni-channel experiences aligned with organizational priorities and paradigm shifts.
- Design and execute a digital roadmap that maximizes audience value and advances measurable outcomes (CRO, KPIs, experimentation).
- Serve as Chief Product Owner for Stand Together’s digital platforms, including Stand Together websites, Segment CDP, and content orchestration tools.
- Conduct regular platform health assessments and manage digital agency partnerships, ensuring accountability, quality, and business continuity.
- Collaborate across marketing, communications, growth, and community teams to drive digital innovation and transformation.
- Oversee the development, management, and optimization of web platforms, with direct experience in Drupal and Wordpress advantageous.
- Develop a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and measurement through agile practices and cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Product Team, cultivating a culture of challenge, responsible risk-taking, and creative destruction.
- Select, cultivate, and retain top digital talent while promoting Principled Based Management (PBM) principles and personal development plans (PDPs).
- Act as a mentor and advisor on digital strategy, content, platforms, and release management across the Stand Together community.
- Deliver regular performance reporting (e.g., Monthly Digital Experience Outcomes Decks) to track progress, share insights, and inform future strategy.
What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of experience leading digital product, web, and/or MarTech teams in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Proven experience managing digital ecosystems and omni-channel strategies at scale.
- Direct experience with Drupal, WordPress, and Segment CDP would be beneficial.
- Deep expertise in MarTech stacks, CDPs, marketing automation, and experimentation frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams and agencies.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies, product ownership, and digital operations management.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to connect digital strategy to measurable outcomes and broader organizational goals.
- A commitment to Stand Together’s mission and Principled Based Management (PBM) framework is preferred.
