As a Partnerships Associate, you'll join a team that provides data-driven insights aiding the identification and engagement of partners across Stand Together community.
How You Will Contribute
- Research prospective and current donor and strategic partners utilizing open-source materials and subscription research databases.
- Analyze and communicate information that helps build more valuable partnerships with donors and strategic partners.
- Evaluate the professional backgrounds, philanthropic activity, public presence, and other relevant information on prospective partners and ensure it aligns with Stand Together’s principles, vision, and strategies.
- Develop highly collaborative working relationships with colleagues and drive effective knowledge sharing.
- Experiment and innovate to enhance knowledge systems, improve processes, and strengthen research products.

Standout Candidates Will Also Bring
- Degree or commensurate research experience in development/fundraising, market research, library science, financial analysis, or economics.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Demonstrated interest in social change, philanthropy, politics, policy, business, or political philosophy.
- A record of success gathering complex information from multiple sources, evaluating and synthesizing that information, and presenting it in a clear and cohesive manner for key stakeholders.
