The Recruiting Coordinator will support our Talent Acquisition (TA) team to provide support to candidates, hiring managers, and internal TA partners.
How You Will Contribute
- Be a key contributor in maintaining a high touch interview experience through effective internal & external collaboration, this includes: scheduling and coordinating virtual and in-person interviews, coordinating any related technology (such as Microsoft Teams), and facilitating successful onsite interviewing experiences
- Drive timely communication about interview scheduling to keep stakeholders informed; raising flags when you encounter obstacles and approaching challenges with a win-win mentality and strong judgement
- Leverage our Applicant Tracking System (Lever) and scheduling system (Goodtime) to share real time information about scheduling progress, interview details, and logistics
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve our candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Take an interest in the Stand Together community and lean into the areas you're passionate about contributing to
- Provide general administrative or project support to our TA and HR teams
- Work on-site at our Arlington, VA HQ office (this is not a hybrid role)
What You Will Bring
- 2+ years experience in a professional setting. Demonstrated success in balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Balancing the needs of our internal team with those of external candidates - aiming for win-win solutions
- Calm, cool and collected working through changes and reschedules
- A drive to identify opportunities to be more efficient and effective
- Professional polish and presentation in written and verbal communication
- Preferred: Experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition. If no experience, an interest within these spaces
- Preferred: Proficient experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other video meeting technology
