Director of Marketing, Culture Campaigns
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Develop, design, and implement strategies and marketing campaigns that are woven into the cultural fabric and deliver impact driven results and outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize social impact campaigns that elevate the organization’s vision and principles within culture.
- Develop creative concepts that resonate with target audiences and inspire engagement and action by utilizing market trends and consumer insights.
- Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as track and report on the success of culture campaigns and activations.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners and influencers.
- Develop investment proposals for marketing activations that employ sound decision-making framework and testing/experimentation methodologies.
- Drive collaboration with internal and external partners by seeking knowledge from peers, colleagues, and subject matter experts (SMEs). Develop communication touch points with key stakeholders to ensure an effective two-way flow of knowledge and feedback.
- Liaise with agency partners where appropriate, including statement of work (SOW) development, project briefings, expectation management and results monitoring.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 7+ years of professional experience in marketing strategy and execution in consumer brand or entertainment industries with a proven track record of driving transformational results at scale.
- Passion for social impact marketing and alignment with Stand Together's vision for change through experimental discovery and creative problem solving.
- Proven success in translating organizational vision and high-level objectives into strategic and actionable integrated marketing plans with clear goals and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience understanding the needs of different audiences/stakeholder segments and developing appropriate and innovative marketing assets and communication strategies.
- A proven leader and team player with experience in inspiring and collaborating with cross-functional teams by promoting a clear vision to support shared business priorities.
- Experience building strong relationships with key internal/external partners and senior level stakeholders within complex and matrixed organizational structures.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of agency relations (as a client or agency representative) and experience in understanding how and when to seek external/vendor support to expand capabilities and increase impact.
