Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Manage day-to-day lead generation campaign activities for donor pipeline to deliver outsized Major Gift Acquisition.
- Execute comprehensive marketing strategies across diverse channels.
- Utilize landing page builder tools and A/B testing tools to create, test, and optimize campaigns.
- Partner with content team to draft compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including website copy, email newsletters, social media posts, etc.
- Collaborate across diverse teams to create and manage integrated marketing campaigns.
- Build and execute experimental roadmaps to deliver ongoing value.
- Partner with Creative and Content teams to ensure creative assets and copy are optimized for each channel and audience.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 4+ years of growth, digital, or product marketing experience.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage multiple projects across a matrixed organization.
- Highly data-driven marketing, A/B testing, and metrics analysis.
- Experience launching marketing solutions and testing channels.
- Collaboration skills combined with individual contributor capabilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and strategies.
Standout Candidates May Also Have
- B2B experience
- Experience with fundraising and major gift donor campaigns – a plus.
- Experience building and growing App adoption – a plus.
