Digital Asset Manager
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Strategic Asset Orchestration: Oversee the collection, curation, and maintenance of digital assets within IPV Curator and ZenplexZDam. Ensure that all digital assets are easily accessible, up-to-date, and ready for use by the content editors and marketing teams.
- Seamless Collaboration: Liaise with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Marketing, and Communications, to align digital assets with campaign goals and ensure they resonate with Stand Together's community-focused narrative.
- Workflow Efficiency: Develop and maintain a streamlined workflow for digital asset distribution, enabling prompt and efficient access for various stakeholders and enhancing the content creation process.
- Asset Performance and Analytics:Utilize analytics tools to track the performance and relevance of digital assets, providing insights that drive content strategy and asset renewal.
- Compliance and Governance: Act as the primary enforcer of digital rights management, ensuring all assets comply with copyright, licensing, and regulatory guidelines, thereby protecting the intellectual property of the organization.
- Training and Empowerment: Equip content editors and relevant team members with the training and documentation needed to navigate and utilize the DAM systems effectively, fostering self-sufficiency and consistency.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of the DAM systems to confirm the integrity and quality of the digital assets, addressing any issues of accuracy or relevance.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 10+ years proven experience managing digital asset management systems.
- Strong understanding of digital rights management, including copyright and licensing issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams.
- Adept at creating workflows and processes for asset management and distribution.
- Competency in using analytics tools to assess asset performance and make date-driven decisions.
- Experience in providing training and documentation for DAM systems to a variety of users.
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail in managing extensive digital assets.
