Senior Manager, Design
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Lead and mentor a team of internal designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Microsoft 365 applications to create and review design assets, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Ensure high-quality design output by both the internal team and outsourced agencies and contractors that meets brand standards and project requirements.
- Establish strong relationships with the Chief Creative Officer and the Creative Leadership Team to ensure alignment across all projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships across the Stand Together organization to ensure key stakeholder objectives are met.
- Continuously monitor and adjust the priorities of the design team, balancing quick-turn projects with evolving longer-term strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other creative leaders as well as content development and technical teams to integrate design solutions seamlessly.
- Work closely with dedicated resource manager to manage the workflows, project timelines and costs effectively, ensuring on-time delivery of design deliverables.
- Drive innovation and creativity within the team, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices, enabling each of the team members to grow their talents and contributions.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a supervisory role, managing creative teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Keynote, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Demonstrated creative design solutions through a shared portfolio
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and design excellence and the ability to thrive under pressure.
