As a Senior Graphic Design Manager on our Communications team, you will lead a talented team of designers, guiding them in producing innovative design solutions that adhere to Stand Together’s brand standards. In this pivotal role, you will shape a collaborative, high-impact environment, working with leadership across departments to ensure cohesive, brand-aligned content. Your role will drive the creative direction of our initiatives and inspire growth within your team while also contributing directly to strategic projects. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by merging design excellence with our mission-driven goals.
What You Will Do
- Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering a creative, collaborative work environment and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Oversee the design process from ideation to execution, delivering high-quality outputs across quick-turn projects and longer-term strategic initiatives.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, and Microsoft 365 to create and review assets, providing hands-on support and direction to the team.
- Collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer and Creative Leadership Team to ensure alignment across all creative projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Stand Together, ensuring design solutions meet organizational goals.
- Balance and prioritize workflows with the dedicated resource manager to maintain efficiency and ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Drive creativity and innovation, staying informed on industry trends to inspire new approaches and professional growth for each team member.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced creative environment, with proven success in managing and motivating design teams.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Keynote, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Demonstrated track record of creative, strategic design solutions with a portfolio of relevant work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across departments and levels.
- A strategic mindset and passion for innovation, along with the resilience to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
