Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis including landscape analysis, market analysis, and competitive analysis
- Maintain a global perspective of key trends and major factors across key institutions
- Develop reports and materials that enable situational awareness and drive organizational impact
- Engage internal community partners to source knowledge and form insights
- Perform research using a variety of online sources, tools, and databases
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Consistently reevaluate and improve existing processes and knowledge systems to best support partners
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 3+ years’ experience in research and analysis with demonstrated examples of owning research projects
- Natural interest and aptitude in digesting and internalizing perspectives and factors across key institutions
- Previous experience within management consulting or strategy development.
- Ability to cultivate and manage relationships leading to insights that strengthen internal POVs and investment decisions
- Experience synthesizing large amounts of quantitative and qualitative information into meaningful insights that drive strategic decision-making
- Ability to take initiative of research and analysis projects with examples of providing valuable insights to stakeholders and internal/external clients
- Ability to develop clear and professional reports for projects and customers exercising a strict attention to detail and strong writing skills
- Experience directly or indirectly supervising and mentoring analysts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Proven ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of urgency
- Understanding and excitement for the organization’s vision
