Senior Product Manager
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Build a product vision and explain an opportunity to a non-technical audience.
- Take product through the entire product lifecycle from concept to ship.
- Integrate the product into our enterprise and data architecture.
- Lead, mentor, and coach others working in product development.
- Be a voracious consumer of information to be able to quickly become an expert in new domains.
- Help drive product exploration through user immersions and incorporate the voice of the customer into the product development process.
- Iterate on a product to find product-market-fit based on user feedback and customer insights.
- Use agile development frameworks and utilize standard software platforms such Jira for product delivery.
- Work with developers and UX designers to build prototypes to test ideas.
- Manage relationships with clients and translate feature requests to technical requirements
- Maintain the product roadmap and help prioritize new and existing feature requests
- Obsess about gathering data to make better decisions.
- Leading alignment with compliance requirements such as HIPAA and SOC 2.
- Bring in knowledge of cutting-edge technology trends to accelerate our innovation and creativity.
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 7+ years of product experience in either a startup or enterprise technology environment
- Leadership and mentorship of Jr. product managers (either directly or indirectly).
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to invent novel product ideas from customer problems.
- Familiarity with APIs and backend infrastructure
- Experience in building a platform product, especially a mobile apps, social networks, or CRMs.
- Expertise in product management process and utilizing Jira to drive a product forward
- Ability to present and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Skill in communicating a product vision in a way that generates excitement and buy-in.
