Stand Together is seeking an experienced Enablement Manager to lead the design, execution and optimization of our enablement programs for our Development team. In this critical role, you’ll empower our fundraising teams with the tools, knowledge and training they need to maximize their effectiveness and achieve ambitious growth targets.
How You Will Contribute
- Program Development & Execution: Design, implement and manage comprehensive enablement programs that support the partnership’s team for fundraising growth and efficiency.
- Training & Onboarding: Develop training programs and resources to onboard new hires and provide ongoing training to existing fundraising teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to succeed.
- Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with fundraising strategy, marketing, and investment teams and fundraising leadership to create, update and maintain fundraising content that helps the fundraising teams engage prospects and fundraise effectively.
- Tools & Technology: Oversee the implementation and management of fundraising tools and technology, ensuring the fundraising team has the right access to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze fundraising data and feedback to assess the performance of enablement initiatives, identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, knowledge management, and investment teams to ensure alignment and support the successful execution of enablement strategies.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends and best practices to continually evolve and improve the enablement strategy and execution in partnership with the Fundraising Strategy team.
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years’ experience in relevant revenue operations or sales enablement roles.
- Knowledge of fundraising processes and methodologies.
- Proficiency in sales enablement tools (such as content management, AI, enablement, LMS, etc.) and Salesforce (CRM).
- Ability to analyze fundraising data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
- Strong sense of urgency and bias for action – able to drive initiatives forward and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to deliver high impact enablement solutions on accelerated timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with fundraising, marketing, and investment teams.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to identify challenges and implement solutions quickly and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to tackle complex problems and resourceful finding effective solutions.
