Director, Lifecycle Marketing
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the full lifecycle marketing strategy, from acquisition through retention, reactivation, and advocacy for ST Brand/s, Grassroots Organizations, and Major Gift Acquisition.
- Lead a team responsible for creating personalized journeys that drive deeper engagement with our audiences
- Utilize customer communication tools (such as Iterable, or Braze) to develop, test, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, including email, SMS, In-App Push.
- Partner with the data and analytics team to build segmentation strategies, generate insights from campaign performance, and continuously improve lifecycle engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Communications, Business Units, and Development teams, to align messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing efforts and communicate results to senior leadership.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to evolve lifecycle marketing efforts continuously.
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or customer journey management.
- A principled leader with an empathetic style to develop individuals.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
