SEO Content Specialist
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Crafting high-quality, compelling, and optimized content tailored to specific target audiences
- The ability to use AI technology content producing services at scale, ensuring alignment with SEO best practice
- Occasionally writing and editing SEO content, including adding to thin content, regularly updating content to incorporate SEO improvements and revisions based on performance.
- Conducting in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords for content creation, optimization, and ranking improvements, including competitive analysis, across organizations
- Performing end-to-end on-page optimization of new and existing content (articles, videos, imagery)
- Innovating through frequent experimentation and AB testing to improve on-page conversion rates
- Regularly analyzing and monitoring SEO performance metrics via reporting tools to ensure alignment with organization KPIs and key issue priorities
- Partnering with Marketing Technology and Intelligence on all data integration and dashboards
- Partnering with the Web Development to drive technical SEO strategy and implementation
- Partnering with the Content team to train on SEO strategy, implement keywords and optimize content
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 3+ years of experience developing and executing traffic generating SEO content strategies
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling high-converting content for targeted audiences
- Experience with high-quality AI content creation
- Experience with on-page optimization techniques, including keyword research, content optimization, internal linking strategies, and image optimization.
- Familiarity with digital search trends and best practices
- Experience with multiple website and analytics platforms (Wordpress, Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMRush, BrightEdge, etc.)
- Critical thinking skills and a creative mindset to help develop effective engagement tactics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
