Technical Trainer
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Work with the director to build a robust technical training capability
- Develop and execute training programs and facilitate instructor-led local and distance learning training
- Create clear, concise, and comprehensive learning materials suitable for non-technical personnel
- Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to ensure maximum effectiveness of training programs
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to equip other leaders with the skills and knowledge to further disseminate training
- Evaluate the success and impact of training programs, making necessary adjustments for continual improvement
- Stay updated with the latest technological trends and advancements to ensure that the training material is always relevant and updated
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify training needs and gaps, and develop strategies to address them
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- Proven experience as a Technical Trainer leading training programs and courses
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms
- Proficiency in various training methodologies while facilitating in-person and remote training sessions
- Strong knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- High degree of adaptability to changing technologies and ability to incorporate these into training programs
- Familiarity with Salesforce, i360, Quorum
