Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Develop strategies to identify, engage, organize, and educate local community groups to establish coalitions in support of Americans for Prosperity’s initiatives
- Represent LIBRE within local community groups, presenting the organization's vision, and facilitating connections for potential partnerships to collectively advance shared interests
- Collaborate with community group leaders to have an impact on both state and federal policies
- Unite with individuals from various backgrounds to generate traction for innovative concepts with the potential to revolutionize the status quo
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- Proficiency in cultivating connections and igniting motivation among individuals from various backgrounds
- Capacity to innovate strategies for advancing our objectives in the realm of improved public policy, along with the ability to meticulously devise the associated implementation blueprints
- Ability to welcome original ideas, excel in communication, and foster a deep commitment to your community
- Proven track record of engagement with Nevada's Hispanic communities, coupled with proficient bilingual communication skills in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written
- Possess a valid driver’s license
Standout Candidates May Also Bring
- Experience in grassroots advocacy and/or community organizing
- Experience in political campaigns
- Knowledge of and/or experience in digital organizing
