We are looking for a Portfolio Analyst to join our innovative fundraising team. As Portfolio Analyst, you will be responsible for informing and strengthening Stand Together’s engagement strategies with donor partners. To be effective in this role, you will uncover new opportunities for partnership through proactive analysis of a portfolio of investors.

To succeed in this role, you can see the big picture of what makes a successful donor partnership with Stand Together and you are always thinking ahead of processes, alternatives, and opportunities. You will work directly with the Major Gifts team to identify opportunities with existing and potential Stand Together partners. Your role will include tracking Moves Management strategies, proactively identifying opportunities to connect donors to aligned priorities, and executing engagement strategies, in coordination with internal teams.
 

Your responsibilities include

  • Utilize knowledge systems to spot new and underleveraged opportunities with prospective and existing donors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess capacity, interests, philanthropy, and relationships with new and existing donors.
  • Maintain the accuracy of donor records and business intelligence in Salesforce.
  • Coordinate partner experiences at events, including recruitment comms, invitations and RSVPs, agendas, and event collateral.
  • Execute communications with donor partners.

Knowledge and skills you bring to the organization

  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably supporting fundraising or business development efforts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in proactively driving multiple concurrent projects to completion through continuous transformation and an entrepreneurial approach.
  • High level of humility and integrity.
  • Proficient with technology including MS Office suite of products and proficiency with CRMs, such as Salesforce.
