Senior Manager, Data and Financial Analysis
Job Description
Your Responsibilities Include
- Ensure monthly financial reporting packets are accurate, timely and meet the changing needs of Program Leaders
- Partner with Program Leaders to assess analytical and reporting requirements and determine whether existing data structure can support this need
- Develop financial and operational tools that provide key insights used for strategic decision making
- Identify areas for improvement in how the data is structured and organized to maximize output
- Identify data integrity issues and collaborate with stakeholders to improve data capture
- Support implementation of data structure projects needed for strategic reporting to include developing roadmaps and coordination with various business units
- Supervise 1-3 people
Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization
- 7+ years of FP&A or accounting analysis background
- Supervisory experience 3+ years
- Strong systems and financial reporting background for multi-entity organizations
- Strong project management and communication skills with experience presenting project plans to leaders across organization
- Experience implementing cross-company initiatives such as financial system rollouts or data structure projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to develop insights valuable for decision making
- Experience with business Intelligence/visualization tools such as Power BI
