- Develop processes and systems that provide visibility into talent analytics, developing metrics to assess progress on key talent objectives, working through employee relations inquiries.
- Build and share a solid point of view on the talent position that is rooted in knowledge, skills and contribution to the culture of the organization.
- Ensure team members are meaningfully connected to the vision and strategy of their business in partnership with supervisors and leaders.
- Provide clear and substantive feedback and coaching to team members.
- Work on-site at our office in Arlington, VA and travel occasionally as needed (up to10%).
What You Will Bring
- 5+ years of experience in a role focused on talent development and applying HR best practices and compliance standards.

- Ability to build credible partnerships at all levels of the organization and provide effective feedback and coaching that drives accountability and prompts action.
- Proven experience creating operating models, organizational design, and talent strategies.
- An ability to synthesize talent data and provide recommendations or prompt moments of insight.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
Standout Candidates May Bring
- Experience working in a highly-matrixed organization or collaborating regularly with multiple internal stakeholders.
